Vision Insurance 

The knowledgeable staff at For Your Eyes Only Eye Care has extensive experience working with a wide variety vision insurance providers. We will work directly with your vision insurer to submit claims regarding any vision care we provide. It's very important to us that you fully understand your insurance coverage. As such, our team is more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits.

Vision insurance is designed to cover most of the basic professional vision care related costs. however, it's important to know that not all costs associated with eye care are covered. For instance, most plans require a co-payment for each office appointment as well as additional expenses that are to be covered by the insured patient.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Many employers offer Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options to employees. These are also often referred to as cafeteria plans and serve as elective, supplemental insurance savings plans. FSA plans enable you set aside pre-tax money to be used toward additional out-of-pocket medical expenses you may incur above and beyond what your insurance covers.

Most FSA accounts allow funds to be used for things like eye exams. glasses, contact lenses, and often even laser vision surgery. You should check with the benefits administrator at your place of employment to determine whether you are eligible for this type of program.

At For Your Eyes Only, we understand that cost is often a concern when evaluating vision care providers. We do not want this to become an obstacle that prevents you from maintaining proper eye health and good vision.
